Elmar Marinas LLC is a specialised company manufacturing and distributing marina components and accessories.
Elmar Marinas is established in the Emirate of Umm Al Quwain in United Arab Emirates, where the company’s production unit is also based and from where Elmar exports worldwide.
Gangways
We design and manufacture aluminium gangways of any dimensions and for any loading conditions. We also provide the associated structural design report and shop drawings. We can manufacture gangways with round profiles or rectangular profiles, powder coated or matt finish and we can install any type of decking on them (in most cases we use WPC). We manufacture and supply the top and bottom ramps, the wearing plate as well as the fixing brackets for installation to the bank seat. We can also provide the bank seat design if required.
Bollards
We manufacture SS316 bollards of different capacities ranging from 5T to 20T and finishes (polished finish or matt finish). Our bollards come with third party certificates.
Cleats
We supply 3T and 5T SS316 cleats and we provide the associated third party certificates. Their finishing can be polished or matt.
Marine Railing
We manufacture aluminium railings of different designs in line with the Client’s design and powder coated to any colour selected by the Client. We also manufacture SS316 railing.
Floats
We manufacture FRP floats filled with EPS foam and gel coated to any colour as per the Client’s selection. We have the following standard sizes:
a) Type 1: L: 180cm x W: 90cm x H: 61cm
b) Type 2: L: 120cm x W: 90cm x H: 61cm
We can also manufacture any other custom sizes as long as the minimum order is for 100 units.

Wood Plastic Composite Decking (WPC)
We supply high quality WPC decking and installation clips suitable for marine use. The WPC decking we supply is of solid profile and comes in 8 different colours:

We design and manufacture floating working platforms with (or without) jib cranes.
Pile Guides
We manufacture aluminium and SS316 pile guides for any pile dimensions and we also provide the structural calculations for this component. We also manufacture I-beam guides.
Anti Slip Coated FRP Grating
We manufacture anti slip coated FRP grating at any colour for use in marine applications.
Helical Anchors
We supply helical anchors that can be driven into the seabed and used to anchor pontoons, buoys, moorings, barriers, etc.
Elastic Anchoring Rodes
We supply Hazelett™ elastic rodes used for the anchoring of pontoons, buoys, floating barriers, etc. We can also provide the preliminary design for the elastic anchoring system of your floating structure.
